Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Emergency Information
In an emergency: if anyone is in danger — fire, a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, or water near electrical — call 911 first. Then submit a maintenance request marked Emergency (it goes straight to Ruth's inbox) or email ruth@queencityapartments.com.
Rent Payment
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th. Rent is paid via automatic monthly EFT withdrawal.
Move-Out Notice
Please provide 30 days written notice before your intended move-out date. Submit notice through the tenant portal or office.
